DAOSquare's Progress and Next Steps

Status: The community cafeteria members have successfully initiated their first meeting, reached a consensus on governance and are working on the community cafeteria governance manual; the first item of governance currently handed over to the community cafeteria is OVO Grants' voting governance, and the others issues are trying to move forward gradually; in addition, the upcoming Christmas event will be a collaborative effort between Guild members and community cafeteria members.

The next step is to compile information on each member of the community cafeteria, including their majors/advantages, how/what they can contribute, and how many hours they can spent on it, etc. (Later on, we will also compile information on the all community members, to give other non-community cafeteria members more opportunities to contribute to and govern the DAO), and gradually define and shape the community cafeteria governance process/scope of work/meetings/voting, etc. manuals, specs/guidelines.

The first phase will be carried out through offline governance, those who have been given the right to govern can initiate proposals through the forum, and a community cafeteria channel (backroom) has been set up on discord where community members can communicate, coordinate, vote and other actions.

In the second phase, DAOSquare Bot will implement the on-chain governance function (on-chain voting is under development). In the second phase, DAO members will be able to vote on the chain by simply clicking on an emoticon in Discord.

DAOSquare Community Events

DAOSquare Bot update in beta: DAOSquare Bot can identify community members based on the number of RICE staking in DKP.land (instead of the number in their wallets) and the community cafeteria Genesis NFT (cafeteria), thus enabling the identification of role changes within the channel. (DAOSquare Bot's main functions: 1:Operations - contribution rewards distribution, 2:Governance - on-chain voting 3:Communication - linking offline and online interaction with other DAO tools )

The upgraded bot will eliminate address theft for rewards, which will avoid anyone be-evil when on-chain voting.
